Emeka Etiaba SAN, FCIArb

Completed his Primary School Education at the Station Urban Primary School, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State in 1977 and his Secondary School Education at Okongwu Grammar School, Nnewi, Anambra State in 1982. Had his University Education at the University of Jos, Plateau State – 19 83-1988 (having done Political Science for two years before changing to law in 1985 due to his love for the profession). Was at the Nigerian Law School – 1988-1989 and did his Court attachment at the then Chief Judge of Lagos State Court (Justice S. Ilori’s Court) at Ikeja, Lagos and his Chambers attachment with the late Chief Chike Chigbue S.A.N. Served in the Chambers of Chief Olisaeloka Osuigwe in Nnewi for his N.Y.S.C and revived his late father’s Chambers which was shut down at his demise in 1987. Over the years, he has been actively involved in matters relating to Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Criminal Law and Litigation. He has bias for Election Petitions and he handled a good number of them with success.
