Biography:

Had her Primary School Education at Ekulu Primary School, Enugu and her Secondary School Education at Queens College Enugu where she was the senior prefect in her final year. Qualified as a Mechanical Engineer from University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1994 (B.Eng.) and did her law programme at the University of Buckingham, graduating in 2006 (winning an award in Sex and Gender Law). She subsequently proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Bwari, Abuja and Lagos Campuses for her Bar Parts 1 – 2. She was called to the Bar in November 2008. Since being called to the Bar, she has been in active legal practice with the Firm.

Completed his Primary School Education at Inyaba Community School, Umudim, Nnewi and Secondary School Education at Bishop Crowther Memorial Junior Seminary, Awka where he was the Senior Prefect. He had his University Education at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka where he bagged his LL.B in 1996 and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos for his B.L. He was called to the Bar in February 1998. He is a member of the International Bar Association and has attended various Conferences both local and international. He is the managing Counsel of the Firm.

Biography:

Completed his Primary School Education at the Station Urban Primary School, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State in 1977. Commenced his Secondary School Education in Nike Grammar School Enugu, Enugu State and was there from 1977-1979. He completed his Secondary School Education at Okongwu Grammar School, Nnewi, Anambra State where he was from 1979-1982 and from where he also obtained his West African School Certificate. Had his University Education at the University of Jos, Plateau State – 1983-1988 (having studied Political Science for two years before changing to law in 1985 due to his love for the profession). Was at the Nigerian Law School – 1988-1989 and did his Court attachment at the then Chief Judge of Lagos State Court (Justice S. Ilori’s Court) at Ikeja, Lagos and his Chambers attachment with the late Chief Chike Chigbue S.A.N. Served in the Chambers of Chief Olisaeloka Osuigwe in Nnewi for his N.Y.S.C and eventually set up Emeka Etiaba & Co, (Etiaba Chambers) which is an off-shoot of his late father’s Chambers. Over the years, he has been actively involved in matters relating to Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Criminal Law and Litigation. He has bias for Election Petitions and he handled a good number of them with success especially in the 2010 general Elections.
